The 2026 SEMA Show runs November 3–6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. For Southern California builders, specialty shops, fabricators, restorers, performance brands and independent automotive businesses, the show matters less as spectacle than as a concentrated business and media marketplace.
Thousands of products, vehicles, shop technologies and supplier relationships converge in one place. The opportunity for a small or mid-size shop is not simply to walk the floor. It is to identify product shifts, supplier relationships, builder techniques, business models and media opportunities that can change what happens back home in California.
Southern California remains one of the most important regions in the specialty automotive economy. Hot rods, customs, restoration, off-road, performance, trucks, wheels, fabrication, paint, interiors and motorsports all have deep commercial roots across Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire and surrounding communities.
SEMA becomes a national meeting point for the same businesses, builders and product categories that already shape the region. For LA Calendar Girls, that makes the show a natural extension of our Southern California reporting rather than a separate travel story.
SEMA lists the 2026 Show for Tuesday, November 3 through Friday, November 6, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Exhibit hours are 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Friday. Registration and access rules vary by attendee category, and readers should confirm current requirements directly with SEMA before traveling.

SEMA is not only a trade floor. It is an information marketplace. Product launches, builder reveals, interviews, photography and video circulate long after the convention closes. That is why LA Calendar Girls is approaching the 2026 show as an editorial assignment: identify the people, products and businesses worth following, then report them in a way that remains useful after November.
If your shop, build, product or team will be at SEMA 2026 and there is a legitimate editorial story behind it, LA Calendar Girls wants to hear from you. Editorial consideration is independent and is not purchased through sponsorship or advertising.
